Workmanship Warranty: Every project we complete includes a comprehensive workmanship labor warranty, ensuring your roof is installed to the highest standards and in line with manufacturer specifications. This warranty is transferable once to the next homeowner, adding value if you sell your property. And if anything doesn’t perform as it should during the warranty period, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
Material Warranty: The manufacturer’s warranty, often referred to as a material warranty, is offered by Serve Roofing and lasts for years to come. This warranty protects you against material defects that could otherwise lead to premature roof failure or deterioration. As a certified roofing company, we partner with esteemed manufacturers like GAF, CertainTeed, and Tamko and offer extended manufacturer warranties for their materials.
